Founded with her business partner, Benoit Demouy, Fr8me will represent a host of beautifying talent.
Ri’s longtime makeup artist, Mylah Morales is already on board, as well as Taraji P. Henson’s wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden and hairstylists Patricia Morales (who does Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie’s hair) and Marcia Hamilton, who works with Jada Pinkett Smith and the rest of the Smith family.
Rihanna told THR, “We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me,” adds Rihanna, “but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills!”
Rihanna and Demouy’s plan is to recruit new artists to the agency using social media to scope out talent – all the more reason to start tagging your photos #MUA.
Demouy added “We’ll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else,” but that their goal is to have a “stellar reputation.”
