I first came across Becca a year or two ago and since then have been totally in love with their cosmetics; high quality, long-lasting products, in sophisticated, elegant colours.

I adore the tactile, slightly space-age aluminium and rubber packaging which is easy to use and doesn’t crack or shatter even if dropped. I only wish there was a store that stocked them nearer where I live, rather than having to traipse up to London. I was sent some of their key products to try out…

Radiance Primer – Illuminating + Brightening Formula (£32)

This award-winning Radiance Primer is one of three Primers from Becca; the others being Resurfacing and Rejuvenating.

This is a delicate white gel/cream hybrid containing teeny gold particles.

When smoothed onto moisturised skin it blurs imperfections and leaves a very flattering, delicate gold shimmer.

Foundation; either liquid or powder is then applied over the top; it even looks good with a light translucent powder dusted over the skin and give your skin a ‘lit up from within’ look – gorgeous!

Boudoir Skin – Mineral Powder Foundation in Dream (£26)

I’m fairly new to the powder foundation thang as I’ve always thought they’d be drying and heavy on my skin; hence I’ve always erred towards liquid foundations as I prefer a softer, more natural look.

This is a super fine milled powder compact mineral foundation. I’ve been using this product on top of the Radiance Primer and buffing it on using MAC’s No. 150 Powder Brush; it just melts onto the skin.

It’s the most flattering powder foundation I have ever used; leaving skin with a beautifully flawless, natural glow. it doesn’t cake, or flake, just makes my skin look naturally radiant and beautiful. It is non-drying and seems to keep the oilier areas of my face looking shine free. Available in 10 naturally beautiful shades suitable for pale to tanned and darker skin tones.

Creme Blush in Amaryllis (£24)

A buttery, silky smooth and very easy to apply Creme Blush; available in eight flattering colours.

This highly pigmented, but very versatile Blush can be blended onto the cheekbones using either the fingertips or a stippling brush.

It can be applied lightly for a delicate flush, or built up for a more dramatic finish.

It can also be used as a lip stain; a little dry on its own, but great underneath a balm or gloss.

Sheer Tint Lip Colour in Estella (£22)

Becca’s Sheer Tint Lip Colour comes in a unique, twist and lock case; brilliant as the lid can’t pop off in your handbag and reate a sticky mess.

This product has a fabulous sheen with a hint of colour; it is beautifully moisturising and long lasting.

It is available in 10 shades, from soft nudes to bolder colours; all very wearable, flattering shades to suit everyone.
