Take the goo and put it on your face. Let the mask sit on your face for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water. Smells yummy too.


3. Here’s the old adage about greens again. Yes, we should listen to our mothers after all. Start eating more spinach, salads, and leafy food that are rich in Vitamin E and Vitamin A and you will notice the benefit on your face. Taking vitamins are not just good for all your ‘inside’ organs but for your face. Healthy people look healthy, don’t they? They just glow… you know yourself when you’re feeling well, you positively look well – so it’s just an extension of that. 4. Keep drinking plenty of water. ‘Drink glorious drink’ – water is the best liquid you can put into your body. It helps flush out the toxins from your body, keeps your system hydrated and helps your skin… from the inside out. So how much are you drinking? Don’t wait till you get thirsty. Aim for four pints a day – and then all the tea and other drinks can be extra. Say no to fizzy – I know they taste good and they also fill you up if you’re trying to stop eating snacks , but reach for a glass or bottle of water every time!
