Yes, it’s a year since Red Brolly Inn at Ballinluig opened its doors and some of the yummy team are heading there today – with the children. Watch out for the review.
The redevelopment of the former Ballinluig Hotel has become an eye catching new business, with its distinctive white Mini emblazoned with the eponymous “Red Brolly” regularly seen around and about in the area.
To celebrate the first anniversary of its opening, Head Chef/Manager Tommy McPhee from Auchterarder, shared a special birthday cake with his team, with nearby business Nae Limits – an adventure sports company.
Nicki Townsley from Nae Limits; “Happy 1st Birthday to the Red Brolly Inn! This business has brought custom to our door too and we have always welcomed the redevelopment of the old hotel which had been lying derelict. We are very glad to see the Red Brolly Inn doing so well a year down the line – it has become a fixture with the local community here in Ballinluig.”
Tommy said: ”We’re a small close knit team here at Red Brolly Inn and everyone has worked really hard over the last year – we are for everyone, locals out for a Sunday lunch and tourists making a welcome pitstop as they journey up or down the A9 – or if they are staying at our sister business, Logierait Lodges nearby.”
“There is always time for some team building with my team too and Nae Limits is a great place for that,” he added.
“We want to keep on improving the business and have just added a family friendly area and a pool table. We have lots of plans for our second year.”
The Red Brolly Inn offers a cosy eight bedroom hotel; all day restaurant; coffee lounge and family friendly bar.
