gillianRepetitive crunches are boring!  Many of us don’t like lying down doing abdominal work so here are a few exercises you can do easily at home. Remember to do the same on both sides.

Really concentrate on trying to keep the core pulled in tight and the body tall.  By engaging the core you will get better at keeping your balance.

Try to do this around 6 times per week and gradually increase the amount you do and before long you will start to notice a difference! Roll on that bikini!   Gillian x
